I made this oh so cute card using the fab "Victoria Summer Hat" image from the awesome Mirtillamente store which is bursting with creativity, I coloured her up with markers and pencils. Framed her with a die set then used seaside papers to enhance her, A sweet sentiment finishes this cute card.
