Recipe

Although I am super happy with how this turned out, I have to confess it is one of me ''economy'' cards. I make so many for friends and relatives gratis, so it can become expensive
Topper is a cut up gift tag from the £1 store, there are 24 in a pack so very reasonable!
I paper quilted the BG witha little 4 x 4 pad

      PS I love that this is an economy card! I have packets of gift tags from our dollar store that I couldn't NOT buy at 90% off, and and you've given me a idea of how to use them. Thanks for that idea, too!
