Lucy Loo' Mermaid GD for Crafting By Design



I was delighted when I read that I was a spotlighted designer for February at Crafting By Design. The card I entered is a favourite of mine and I was very pleased with it. I am therefore thrilled to be a Guest Designer for the April Challenge. I have again used an image from THE EAST WIND, I hope you like it as much as I enjoyed making it.
