Now, it's a long time ago that I was 21, however I do remember being very excited to be "grown up", now I am still waiting! My friends girl will be 21 soon, and this is for her.

RECIPE

I made the BP with light coral CS and a mask and Peacock distress ink
Bow made on my envelope punch board
