Its that time of year again in the northern hemisphere. we are lucky to still have some warmth in temperature, but the leaves are dropping on some plants and tress. My dwarf Acer has shed leaves on my patio this morning, and the remaining ones have turned to a fabulous deep red shade. I don't actually share a lot of people's love of autumn as it is the precursor of winter, I prefer spring and summer and all that burgeoning new life and the greenery everywhere. But I am thankful to be here and alive whatever the weather.
